下肢骨折病人D二聚体定量检测的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨定量检测下肢骨折病人的D二聚体水平的价值。方法在2018年10月至2019年10月期间,我院收治的下肢骨折患者中选取50例。对所有患者均行D二聚体定量检测,测量时间为术前、术后3天、术后1周,并使用乳胶免疫比浊法对其结果进行检验。结果50例下肢骨折患者中,有5例并发深静脉血栓DVT,经统计学软件检验,并发DVT患者的D二聚体水平相比于未并发DVT患者的D二聚体水平较高,组间数据有显著差异(p<0.05)。结论对下肢骨折患者的D二聚体进行定量检测,为临床治疗提供有效依据。
