摘要
在当前各大选煤厂都重视工作效率及节能环保基础上,TBS粗煤泥分选技术得到快速发展,在技术和设备应用上都具有先进性。研究中以文献对比法和工程实践案例分析法,以马兰矿选煤厂为案例分析对象,首先对马兰矿选煤厂进行简单介绍,然后针对性分析了TBS粗煤泥分选技术中分选机工作原理,阐述了当前TBS粗煤泥分选技术应用存在问题及解决措施,最后对其技术的经济效益进行探究,期望能够给相关领域技术人员提供一定理论参考。
On the basis of the importance of working efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection in the current major coal preparation plants, the TBS coarse coal slime separation technology has developed rapidly, and has advanced technology and equipment applications. In the study, a literature comparison method and an engineering practice case analysis method were used, and the Malan Mine Coal Preparation Plant was taken as the case analysis object. First, the Malan Mine Coal Preparation Plant was briefly introduced, and then the separation in the TBS coarse coal slime separation technology was specifically analyzed The working principle of the machine expounds the problems and solutions of the current application of TBS coarse slime sorting technology. Finally, it explores the economic benefits of the technology. It is hoped that it can provide a certain theoretical reference for technicians in related fields.
