摘要
矿井突水严重危害着矿山的生产安全,因而对突水因素的监测就显得非常重要。研发了一种可同时采集水压、水温和围岩应力的多功能水压计,并以该水压计为基础,通过USR-TCP232-T24系列产品搭建了井下数据实时监测系统,从而实现井下水压、温度和围岩应力的获取。监测结果表明,开采活动进行时,岩体内的应力增大,开采活动中止时,应力变化较小;开采活动产生的围岩应力导致岩体破碎,致使水压消散;每增加45m的高差,深部岩体内的水温大约升高2℃。工程应用表明,多功能水压计在深部矿井"三高一扰动"的环境下能较好地发挥作用,可为矿山水灾预警提供数据。
Water inrush seriously jeopardizes the production safety of mines,therefore,the monitoring of water inrush factors is very important.In this paper,a multi-function water pressure gauge that can simultaneously collect water pressure,water temperature and surrounding rock stress was developed.Based on the multi-function water pressure gauge,a real-time monitoring system was built by USR-TCP232-T24 series products,and the data of underground water pressure,temperature as well as surrounding rock stress was obtained.The monitoring results showed that the stress inside the rock mass increased during the mining activity,and the stress changed little when the mining activity stopped.The surrounding rock stress generated by the mining activity caused the rock mass to break and caused the water pressure to dissipate.Besides,once the mining depth increased by 45 m,the temperature rose by about 2℃.The engineering application showed that the multi-function water pressure gauge can perform well in the environment of"three high and one disturbance"in deep mines and provide early warning for mine flood.
