摘要
目的分析供应室与手术室一体化运作在手术器械管理中的应用效果。方法我院于2017年1~12月对供应室和手术室实施一体化运作,比较该模式运作前后的手术室器械管理情况以及医护人员的工作时间。结果供应室和手术室实施一体化运作后,手术器械的清洗合格率、灭菌合格率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);供应室和手术室实施一体化运作后,手术室工作时间、供应室工作时间均短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);供应室和手术室实施一体化运作后,工作人员的洗涤质量和包装质量评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供应室和手术室实施一体化运作,可以提高手术器械的管理质量,减少手术室工作人员的工作时间。
Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated operation of supply room and operating room in surgical instrument management. Methods Our hospital implemented the integrated operation of supply room and operating room from January to December 2017. The management of the operating room equipment and the working hours of the medical staff before and after the operation of the model were compared. Results After the integrated operation of the supply room and the operating room, the qualified clearance rate and qualified rate of the surgical instruments were higher than those before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the integrated operation of the supply room and the operating room, the working time of the operating room and the supply room were shorter than those before the implementation, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After the integrated operation in the supply room and the operating room, the washing and packaging quality scores of the staff were higher than before the implementation, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The integrated operation of the supply room and the operating room can improve the management quality of the surgical instruments and reduce the working hours of the operating room staff.
