摘要
指出了汽车发动机冷却系统常见的温度过高、温度过低和冷却液渗漏的故障现象,通过具体的故障现象分析确定发动机冷却系统存在的问题,并提出了借助红外测温计测得的温度与水温计显示温度相比较对发动机冷却系温度过高的检测方法,也对发动机冷却系温度过低和冷却液渗漏提出了检测方法,同时研究了汽车发动机冷却系统常见的温度过高、温度过低和冷却液渗漏的故障维修流程和方法。由此可见,掌握发动机冷却系故障原因分析和维修方法对发动机安全运行是多么重要。
Through the analysis of the failure phenomenon,too high temperature,too low temperature and leakage of engine cooling system,detection method of too high engine temperature by the comparison between infrared and water thermometer was pointed out,and detection method of too low temperature and leakage of engine cooling system was pointed out,and the maintenance process and methods of the common faults of too high temperature,too low temperature and leakage of the engine cooling system was studied.Therefore,for safe operation of engine,it is very important to master the fault analysis and maintenance methods of engine cooling system.
