摘要
结合岳城煤矿1306工作面原煤柱留设尺寸较大浪费资源、底板和两帮变形严重、护巷效果差等现状,分析其煤柱失稳垮落是造成巷道变形的重要原因,通过理论计算、数值模拟和现场验证,确定了将煤柱从15 m改为6 m的留设方案,煤柱处于工作面侧向移动支承压力的应力降低区,在合理支护阻力下,能够保障煤柱在回采期间的稳定性。
Based on the present situation of large size of raw coal pillar, waste of resources,serious deformation of floor and two sides of roadway, the paper analyzes that the instability and collapse of coal pillar is the important cause of roadway deformation. Through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field verification, the retention scheme of changing coal pillar from 15 m to 6 m is determined. The coal pillar is in the lateral moving support of working face under the reasonable support resistance, the stress reduction area of pressure can guarantee the stability of coal pillar during mining.
