摘要
目的分析对急性心肌梗死患者实施个性化护理的临床效果。方法从2017年8月至2018年6月,我院开始对收治的急性心肌梗死患者进行研究调查,调查期间以分组方式进行研究,分为实验组与参照组,两组患者人数均等,均为80例患者,分别予以个性化护理和常规急救护理,对比两组患者的最终护理效果。结果实验组入院时间与抢救时间与参照组明显较短,实验组出诊反应时间(50.48±15.32)明显快于参照组(96.94±21.77),数据对比存在显著差异性,P<0.05。结论对急性心肌梗死患者而言,实施个性化护理干预方式,可缩短患者入院时间与抢救时间,提高出诊反应速度,临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of personalized nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods From August 2017 to June 2018,our hospital began to conduct research and survey on patients with acute myocardial infarction.During the survey,they were studied in groups.One group was the experimental group and the other was the reference group.They were given routine first aid.Nursing and personalized nursing,the number of patients in the two groups were equal,both were 80 patients,and the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The admission time and rescue time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the reference group.The response time of the experimental group(50.48±15.32)was significantly faster than that of the reference group(96.94±21.77).There was a significant difference in data comparison,P<0.05.ConclusionFor patients with acute myocardial infarction,the implementation of personalized nursing interventions has more advantages in pre-hospital emergency care,which can shorten the time of admission and rescue,improve the speed of outpatient response,and have significant clinical effects.
