摘要
目的观察快速康复外科(FTS)理念在椎间盘突出症行脊柱微创手术治疗护理中的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年2月-2018年9月间收治的96例椎间盘突出症行脊柱微创治疗的患者作为研究资料,按其随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组48例实施常规护理方法,观察组48例则采用FTS护理方法。对两组患者的术后效果,并发症以及患者对护理服务满意度进行比较。结果观察组术后疼痛、肛门排气、进食、下床活动、住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率(6.25%)明显低于对照组(29.16%)(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度(95.83%)优于对照组(72.91%)(P<0.05)。结论 FTS理念在脊柱微创手术护理中治疗椎间盘突出症能降低手术应激、加快术后康复进程,并减少并发症,从而提高护理满意度,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical application value of fast rehabilitation surgery(FTS) concept in nursing of minimally invasive spinal surgery for lumbar disc herniation. Methods 96 patients with intervertebral disc herniation treated by spinal minimally invasive therapy from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research data. They were divided into two groups according to their random number table method. Among them, 48 patients in the control group were given routine nursing method, while 48 patients in the observation group were given FTS nursing method. Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of postoperative effects, complications and patients’ satisfaction with nursing services. Results Postoperative pain, anal exhaust, eating, getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of total complications in the observation group(6.25%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(29.16%)(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group(95.83%) was significantly better than that of the control group(72.91%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The idea of FTS in the nursing of minimally invasive spine surgery can reduce the stress of operation, accelerate the recovery process and reduce complications, so as to improve nursing satisfaction, safety and reliability.
