摘要
随着科技的迅猛发展,我国已进入“互联网+”的时代。强大的“互联网+”浪潮冲破了高校的围墙,高校发生了巨大的变化。“互联网+”带来了高校教育理念、教育内容、教育形式和管理模式的变革和创新,同时也带来了很多负面影响,自由开放信息量巨大的互联网使很多不良思潮汹涌而来,侵蚀着大学生的思想和灵魂。复杂的互联网环境使不少学生迷失了方向,并沉溺其中不能自拔,面对“互联网+”的机遇与挑战,传统的学生管理模式显得力不从心。如何改变高校辅导员传统的管理模式,辅导员在新时代大学生管理中的角色如何定位显得十分关键,文章主要针对立德树人背景下的高校辅导员角色定位进行思考。
With the rapid development of science and technology,China has entered the era of"internet plus initiative*'.The strong wave of"internet plus initiative"broke through the walls of colleges and universities.Great changes have taken place in colleges and universities."Internet plus initiative"has brought changes and innovations for educational concepts,educational contents,educational forms and management modes.At the same time,it has also brought many negative effects.The free and open internet with huge amount of information has caused many undesirable thoughts to college students,eroding the thoughts and souls of them.The complex internet environment has made many students lose their direction and become addicted to computer.Facing the opportunities and challenges of"internet plus initiative",the traditional student management mode seems unable to keep up with the current trend.How to change the traditional management mode of college counselors and how to define the role of counselors in the management of college students in the new era are very critical.This paper mainly focuses on the role positioning of college counselors under the background of moral cultivation.
