摘要
基于RSSI指纹库的室内定位中,由于受到室内复杂环境的影响,实时采集的指纹数据会存在一定的误差,将其直接用于定位,必将降低室内定位的精度。考虑定位区域内接收的不同RSSI信号值具有相关性,采用RSSI差分改正的方式提高定位精度。误差改正数的计算与定位是本算法的关键,直接决定了定位的准确率。而选择不同数量与不同位置的参考点都将影响误差改正数的结果。泰森多边形能构建整体角度最大化的多边形网络,并在空间信息领域具有广泛的应用。为此,运用泰森多边形的空间邻接性质选择用于误差改正数计算的参考点,设计定位区域坐标改正数和RSSI向量元素改正数的计算方法,得到共用误差,并应用到指纹数据的校正与定位。最后,在Eclipse编程环境下,配合PostgreSQL/PostGIS空间数据库与Mybatis数据库映射工具,开发了实验原型系统,并对提出的融合差分改正的算法进行实验测试,从实验结果得出相较于未差分改正前,定位准确率有一定的提高。
The influence of complex indoor environments,lead to some errors exist in the real-time fingerprint database,which will decrease the accuracy of indoor localization based on RSSI fingerprint database while using the real-time data directly.In this paper,considering the different RSSI values received in the positioning area were correlated,the differential correction of RSSI was adopted to improve the localization accuracy with fingerprint database.The key to the proposed algorithm is the calculation and localization of error corrections,the results of which will be influenced by the number and locations of reference stations.Thiessen polygon can build the maximum triangle for polygon nets and has wide applications in the field of spatial information.In light of its special neighboring attribute,Thiessen polygon was used in selecting reference stations in this study.The calculation methods of coordinate corrections and RSSI vector element corrections in the localization area were designed.The common corrections were obtained and applied into the calibration and localization of the fingerprint database.Finally,the prototype of indoor localization was developed in the Eclipse programming environment using PostgreSQL/PostGIS database and Mybatis mapping to test the algorithm proposed in this paper.The results show that compared with the algorithm without differential correction,the algorithm can improve the ratio of accuracy to some extent.
