摘要
为了加强学校教师队伍建设,以更全面地落实全员、全过程、全方位育人的新时代教育思想,逐步完成打造一流本科教育的核心任务,南昌大学口腔医学院自2017年起在各年级推行本科生班级导师制。该制度运行两年来,获得到了广大学生们的认可和好评。我们将结合开展口腔医学专业本科生班导师制工作的亲身经历与实践,对该教学模式加以初步的总结和分析。
In order to strengthen the construction of school teachers,implement the new era education idea of full-staff,whole-process and all-round education,and gradually complete the core task of building a first-class undergraduate education,the School of Stomatology of Nanchang University has implemented the undergraduate class tutorial system in all grades since 2017.The system has been in operation for two years,and has won the recognition and praise of the majority of students.We will make a preliminary summary and analysis of the teaching mode based on our own experience and practice in developing the class tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in stomatology.
