摘要
炎症是冠心病发生发展和冠状动脉斑块不稳定的重要参与者,还可导致经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后支架内血栓形成和支架内再狭窄。以往研究多评估了经典炎症反应的效应细胞在其中发挥的作用,如巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞。而除了经典的炎症反应外,过敏性炎症的效应细胞也有重要的且通常未被认识到的作用。嗜酸性粒细胞在过敏性炎症中起关键作用。本综述即探讨过敏性炎症的效应细胞嗜酸性粒细胞在冠心病中的作用。
Inflammation is an important factor in the development and progression of coronary artery disease and coronary plaque instability.In addition,inflammation leads to stent thrombosis and restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention.Most previous studies have assessed the role of effector cells in classical inflammatory responses,such as macrophages and neutrophils.However,in addition to classical inflammatory responses,allergic inflammatory effector cells show important and unrecognized effects.Eosinophils play a key role in allergic inflammation.This review explores the role of eosinophils,the effector cells of allergic inflammation,in coronary heart disease.
