摘要
为解决住宅环境下电动汽车充电阻塞问题,提出一种考虑电动汽车充电阻塞的日前动态税收策略.提出动态税收实施的策略流程,建立改进的动态税收优化模型,并采用基于拉格朗日的直流最优潮流算法来求解位置边际定价,在负荷较稳定的情况下实现最佳税收策略,实现对电动汽车的最优有序充放电管理以及最优收费措施,达到收费成本的最小化.根据对某地区0.4 kV配电网的算例分析,验证所提策略的可行性.仿真结果表明:在各个时段采用动态税收控制策略能有效防止充电阻塞,并且保证了日前电网最佳税收.优化策略增强了控制方案的可操作性,便于工程应用.
In order to solve the charging problem of electric vehicles in residential environment,a dynamic tax strategy considering the charging congestion of electric vehicles is proposed.In the control strategy,the strategic process of dynamic taxation is proposed,and an improved dynamic tax optimization model is established.The Lagrangian-based DC optimal power flow algorithm is used to solve the positional marginal pricing,so that the most stable load can be achieved.The best tax strategy is to achieve optimal and orderly charge and discharge management of electric vehicles and optimal charging measures to minimize the cost of charging.Finally,based on the analysis of a 0.4 kV distribution network in a certain area,the feasibility of the proposed strategy is verified.The simulation results show that the DT control strategy can effectively prevent the charging blockage in each period and ensure the best tax of the grid.The optimization strategy enhances the operability of the control scheme and facilitates engineering applications.
