摘要
乡村振兴战略推进了我国新型农村规划建设的广泛实施,新农村的规划建设不仅关乎广大农民的建设投入和未来几十年的住房品质,也关系着我国五千年农耕文明在新时代的形象延续。因此,建设什么样的新农村、怎样建设新农村等问题需要我们的认真研究和探讨。通过对咸阳市白村新型农村项目的实地调研,本文分析总结了一些值得探讨的现状问题,并试探性地提出了一些设计策略,为新型农村的规划建设提供参考。
The strategy of rural vitalization has promoted the extensive implementation of the new rural planning and construction in China.The planning and construction of the new rural area is not only related to the construction input and the housing quality of the majority of farmers in the coming decades,but also related to the continuation of historical context of China’s five-thousand-year agricultural civilization in the new era.Therefore,what kind of new countryside should we build?How to build such a new countryside?These problems need our careful study and discussion.Through the field investigation of the new rural project in Baicun,Xianyang,this paper analyzes and summarizes some current problems worth discussing and tentatively puts forward some design strategies,which can provide a reference for the new rural planning and construction.
