摘要
依托沙角C电厂煤码头62个位于码头面以下深水中的大直径圆柱加固工程,对水下圆柱外包混凝土的施工方法进行研究,提出变形可控、水下安装自动化程度高、安全可靠的钢筋及模板结构设计与安装方法,解决顶面有码头面等覆盖结构的水下大直径环形截面混凝土浇筑难题,形成水下柱体加固成套施工关键技术。
Based on the reinforcement project of 62 large-diameter columns locates in the deep water below the wharf at the coal terminal of Shajiao C Power Plant,the construction method of cylindrical underwater outer concrete is studied,also the high automation degree of deformation control and underwater installation method is proposed.In the meantime,the high,safe and reliable design and installation method of steel rebar and formwork structure is proposed,which solves the problem of underwater large-diameter circular section concrete pouring under wharf surface and other covering structures.
