摘要
分析施工企业BIM应用及构件管理现状,提出集团级施工企业BIM构件库的建设方法,通过建立企业构件库全工程类型分类标准、构件创建标准、职责分配、管理流程和激励机制,结合系统设计和开发,最终研发完成支持全员参与建设、持续自我生长、企业内部共享的标准构件库平台,涵盖企业主要工程类型,为企业提供族数字资产合理管理和有效利用的手段。
This paper analyzes the status of BIM application and component management in construction companies,and introduces a method of group-level BIM component library development.The BIM component library platform is finally developed by establishing the classification standard,component creation standard,responsibility assignment,management process and incentive mechanism.With the combination of design and development,the standard component library platform that supports full participation in construction,continuous self-growth and internal sharing of the company is finally developed and completed,covering the main engineering types of the company,and providing the company with reasonable management and effective utilization of digital assets.
