摘要
以俄罗斯杨树新品种N2(Populus nigra×P.pyramidaeis)组培苗为材料,对其生根过程中相关生理生化指标变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:在组培苗生根过程中,可溶性糖含量呈现出前期减小后期增加的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量呈现出先增加后减小再增加再减小的趋势;POD活性呈现出先增加后减小再增加再减小的趋势;PPO活性呈现出前期减小后期增加的趋势;IAAO活性呈现出先增加后减小再增加的趋势。
Tissue culture seedlings of Populus nigra×P.pyramidaeis were used as materials to study the changes in relevant physiological and biochemical indexes during the rooting process.Result shows that during the rooting process of the tissue culture seedlings,the soluble sugar content shows a trend of decreasing in the early stage and later increasing;the soluble protein content shows a trend of increasing first,then decreasing,then increasing and then decreasing;POD activity shows a trend of increase first,then decrease,then increase and then decrease;PPO activity shows a trend of early decrease and later increase;IAAO activity shows a trend of first increase,then decrease and then increase.
