摘要
术后谵妄(postoperative delirium,POD)是一种神经活动障碍引起的神经行为综合征,在老年患者术后并发症中不少见,但却没有得到足够的重视。POD的诱发因素多,且发病机制复杂,目前临床上对其起病缺乏统一的解释,本文通过总结POD的最新研究进展,对POD的病理生理及防治进行综述,为临床POD的临床诊疗提供参考。
Postoperative delirium(POD)is a neurobehavioral syndrome caused by neuroactivity disorders.It is common in elderly patients with postoperative complications,but it has not been paid enough attention.There are many inducing factors and complex pathogenesis of POD.At present,there is no unified explanation for the onset of POD.In this paper,the pathophysiology,prevention and treatment of POD were reviewed by summarizing the latest research progress of POD.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of clinical POD.
