扩展高频测听对2型糖尿病及耳鸣患者早期听力损伤的诊断意义 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的以扩展高频测听对常规纯音测听正常者、2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者及耳鸣患者进行听力学检查,以期了解扩展高频测听检查对T2DM及耳鸣患者早期听力损伤的诊断作用。②方法选择常规纯音测听正常者80例为对照组、耳鸣患者85例、T2DM患者90例进行扩展高频测听,对其结果进行对照比较。③结果糖尿病组、耳鸣组与对照组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着听力受损逐渐加重,各频率的听阈检出率逐渐下降,听阈值也逐渐升高。④结论扩展高频测听检查对T2DM及耳鸣患者的早期听力损伤具有诊断意义,值得临床推广。 Objective In order to understand the diagnostic effect of extended high frequency audiometry on early hearing impairment in patients with T2DM and tinnitus,normal subjects,patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and tinnitus were examined by extended high frequency audiometry.Methods Eighty normal controls(control group),85 tinnitus patients(tinnitus group)and 90 patients with T2DM(diabetes group)were selected for extended high frequency audiometry,and the results were compared.Results There were statistical differences among three groups(P<0.05).With the gradual aggravation of hearing impairment,the detection rate of hearing threshold of each frequency decreased gradually,and the hearing threshold increased gradually.Conclusion Extended high frequency audiometry has diagnostic significance for early hearing loss in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and tinnitus,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
