摘要
台湾科学工艺博物馆"儿童科学园:梦想号"展厅之建设目的在于"让参观者得以认识世界各国不同的文化与相关的科学发明,进而拓展儿童的世界观".欲达成此目的,必须预先了解参观者的需求,方能提供多元的活动内容与营销手法.本研究以问卷调查方式,于展厅内进行活动规划与营销之前置性评量.调查结果发现:观众大多借助社交媒体获取信息,而口碑营销亦至关重要.在网络载具上,以手机为主,故在信息提供上,应当考虑移动设备之操作界面的便利性.配套教育活动的形式以"亲子共同参与"最受欢迎,在类型上可选择"各式动手做活动""配合展品的趣味竞赛""异国文化体验",如需收费则价格在新台币100元以下,较为观众所接受.未来"儿童科学园:梦想号"展厅将朝上述方向进行活动规划及营销,以符合观众的期待.
"Fantasy"exhibition hall in Children's Science Center of Science and Technology Museum In Taiwan aims to allow visitors to understand the different cultures of the world and the related scientific inventions to expand the worldview of children.In order to know what kind of education programs and marketing promotion strategies should be provided,this study uses questionnaires to conduct front-end evaluation to understand the needs of visitors.The study found that visitors mostly obtain information through online social medias,and the word of mouth marketing of friends and relatives is also very important.For education programs,visitors like to join activities of family participation in the forms of"hands-on activities","carnival games of exhibits"and"exotic cultural experiences",and the fee of activityshould not be more than 100 New Taiwan dollars.Based on the results,activities of"Fantasy"exhibition hall will be designed and marketed in the above direction to meet the expectations of visitors.
