摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)作为新的突发公共卫生事件已影响全国乃至全球。我国各省市在2020年1月陆续启动应急预案一级响应,其中心理危机管理是危机管理程序的重要组成部分。中医情志病诊疗理论完备,主要包括药物疗法及非药物疗法。基于SAFER-R模型,融入五行音乐催眠、移空技术等中医情志病非药物疗法,笔者构建了针对COVID-19疫情的中医特色心理危机干预模式并应用于医学隔离观察人群,取得了良好效果。
COVID-19,as a new public health emergency,is affecting the whole country and even the whole world.First-level response of emergency plan successively launched and risk management procedure started in provinces and cities all over China in January 2020,thereinto psychological crisis management is an important part crisis management.Emotional diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine mainly involve drug therapy and non-drug therapy,with self-contained diagnosis and treatment theory.Based on the SAFER-R model combined with five elements music hypnosis,technique of transforming symptom-images into nothingness and other psychological therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we constructed the Psychological Crisis Intervention Model with Traditional Chinese Medicine for COVID-19 epidemic,which applied to the people undergoing medical isolation observation and got good application effect.
