摘要
以2020年新型冠状肺炎疫情的信息传播为案例,描述分析社交媒体在突发公共卫生危机风险传播中的核心作用、传播机制和未来启示。研究发现,社交媒体是新冠疫情信息传播的主要渠道,在危机风险传播的各个发展阶段成为信息传播的关键节点,在“吹哨”预警、风险放大、形成信息瀑布、引爆舆论等方面起到核心作用。在传播学理方面,传统新闻把关、新闻生产和新闻传播的理论基础在发生变化,机构媒体在新闻把关和议程设置的作用受到冲击。建议重视社交媒体的“哨兵”模式,监测预警突发公共卫生危机,并构建融合大众、平台和媒体机构的新型网络把关机制。
This paper analyzes the core role,communication mechanism and future enlightenment of social media in the crisis risk communication of public health,taking the information transmission of NCP as an example.It is found that social media is the main channel of information communication of NCP,which has become the key node of information communication in all stages of the development of crisis risk dissemination,and plays a core role in"whistle"warning,risk amplification,information cascade,public opinion explosion,etc.In the aspect of communication theory,the theoretical basis of traditional news gatekeep,news production and news communication are changing,and the role of institutional media in news gatekeep and agenda-setting is impacted.It is suggested that we should pay attention to the sentinel mode of social media,monitor and warn the public health crisis,and build a new networked gatekeeping system integrating the public,website platform and media institutions.
