摘要
随着运动训练理论的不断发展,核心力量训练在各类运动训练中的重要地位已成为不争的事实,通过对核心力量的概念进行阐述和对羽毛球运动特征进行分析,发现核心力量训练在提高羽毛球技术动作间的协调性以及提高身体控制力和平衡力方面发挥着重要作用,同时核心力量训练对羽毛球击球速度的提升具有促进作用,而且能有效降低运动员运动损伤的发生。
With the development of sports training theory,it has become an indisputable fact that core strength training plays an important role in all kinds of sports training.By expounding the concept of core strength and the characteristics of badminton,it is analyzed that the training of core strength can not only improve the coordination between movements,but also promote the badminton hitting speed through the core strength training to improve body control and balance.Meanwhile,it can also prevent sports injuries.
