摘要
以6-羟基多巴胺建立小鼠运动障碍模型,对小美牛肝菌的辅助治疗效果进行试验研究,分析了小美牛肝菌内含有的氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖类物质;分组进行小鼠转轮、平衡木和旷场试验。与运动障碍组和对照组相比,各剂量的小美牛肝菌均对小鼠的运动障碍症状有所改善,对帕金森病引起的运动性障碍有一定的功效。
A mouse model of dyskinesia was established with 6-hydroxydopamine hydrobromide.The adjuvant therapeutic effect of Boletus speciosus was studied.The amino acids,polypeptides,proteins and sugars contained in B.speciosus were analyzed.The mice were divided into three groups and tested in rotation,balance beam and open field.Compared with the dyskinesia group and the control group,each dose of B.speciosus dominates can improve the dyskinesia symptoms of mice,and has certain effect on the dyskinesia caused by Parkinson’s disease.
