摘要
基于最小二乘法计算理论,分析轴线偏心原理和数学表达式,成功应用在水电机组轴线调整上,分别计算轴线的摆度、轴线倾斜度、旋转中心等轴线关键参数,发现该理论可以高效、准确、合理的应用在轴线调整上,为其机组轴线调整提供参考.
Based on the theory of the least square method, the principle and mathematical expression of axis eccentricity are analyzed. The theory has been successfully applied to the axis adjustment of hydrogenerator set. Through calculation of the key parameters(such as runout, inclination and rotation center) of axis, it is found that the theory can be effectively, accurately and reasonably applied to the axis adjustment, providing a reference for the axis adjustment of hydrogenerator sets.
