摘要
提出在输油管道低输量工况下,通过使用液力耦合器或变频装置实现泵转速的改变是最节能的调节方式。针对国内某输油管道正在使用的固定转速泵和可变转速泵,采用SPS仿真软件对两台机泵的运行工况进行模拟仿真,分析泵在改变转速后的节能效果,评价了在输油泵应用液力耦合器后带来的经济效益。建议国内应加大对液力耦合器的技术攻关,大力推广液力耦合器在石油化工管道上的应用。
It is put forward that when oil flow rate of pipeline is low,applying fluid coupling or frequency converter to regulate the speed of pump is the most energy-saving method.Taking one oil pipeline as an example,both condition operated by fixed speed pumps and condition by variable speed pumps are modeled using software SPS.The saving energy effect after regulating the speed of pump is analyzed and the economic benefit of applying fluid coupling is evaluated.It is adviced that breakthroughs should be made in fluid coupling technol?ogy and efforts will be made to popularize the application of fluid coupling on oil pipeline.
