摘要
针对煤矿低压配电网存在短路、断相、漏电、过压、过载等故障的问题,提出一种新型的低压馈电开关智能保护系统,并给出保护系统的总体设计方案。硬件部分介绍了系统的微控制器选型、短路保护电路、电压采集电路等;软件部分对下位机程序进行了设计,并给出系统的主程序监控流程框图。目前该保护系统已投入使用,并取得良好的效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of short-circuit,phase failure,leakage,over-voltage,overload and other faults in the low-voltage distribution network of coal mines,a new intelligent protection system for low-voltage feed switches was proposed,and the overall design of the protection system was given.The hardware part introduces the system's microcontroller selection,short circuit protection circuit,voltage acquisition circuit,etc.The software part designs the lower computer program,and gives the system's main program monitoring process block diagram.At present,the protection system has been put into use,and has achieved good results,and has certain promotion and application value.
