基于物联网的大型挖掘机业务协同平台的探讨

摘要 计算机网络技术的发展一日千里,其传输速度的提高、带宽的加大、覆盖范围的扩大使协同设计、动态区域联盟、虚拟企业联盟等新的设计与制造模式成为可能。通过研究大型挖掘机项目制造过程的特点及需求,利用PLM和物联网技术,探索基于物联网的重型装备产品全生命周期信息集成技术及应用,并设计了总体实施方案,希望为重型装备行业技术和管理创新起到示范效果。 With the rapid development of computer network technology,its increased transmission speed,increased bandwidth,and expanded coverage have made possible new design and manufacturing models such as collaborative design,dynamic regional alliances,and virtual enterprise alliances.By studying the characteristics and requirements of the manufacturing process of large excavator projects,using PLM and the Internet of Things technology,exploring the technology and application of life-cycle information integration of heavy equipment products based on the Internet of Things,and designing the overall implementation plan.It is hoped that the research will have a demonstration effect on the technological and management innovation of the heavy equipment industry.
