祁连山高寒地区不同栽培年限麦宾草对黑土滩土壤特性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究麦宾草种植后对黑土滩土壤的修复作用,采用空间代替时间的方法,通过测定不同种植年限的麦宾草土壤含水量、容重、pH值、有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾、硝态氮、铵态氮、速效磷、速效钾等土壤理化指标,并计算土壤碳氮磷生态化学计量学特征,分析土壤团聚体结构,探讨麦宾草的种植对黑土滩土壤特性的影响。结果表明:土壤pH值在7.14~7.99间,随着种植年限增加呈先降低后升高的趋势;土壤容重(BD)在0.98~1.44 g·cm^-3间,呈降低趋势;土壤碳(SOC)、土壤全氮(TN)和土壤含水量(SM)在不同种植年限间差异不显著;土壤全磷(TP)在种植麦宾草后降低,黑土滩样地最高,为1.07g·kg^-1;全钾(TK)随着种植年限先增加后降低,种植第二、三年分别为23.61 mg·kg^-1和22.25 mg·kg^-1;速效氮(NH4+-N、NO3--N)显著增加,速效磷(AP)和速效钾(AK)无显著差异;土壤团粒指数(ELT)有减小趋势;土壤碳氮磷化学计量学特征在不同种植年限间无显著差异。麦宾草栽培的2~4年间对黑土滩土壤容重、团聚体稳定性、速效养分有一定的改善作用,但要全面深入的讨论麦宾草对黑土滩土壤的影响,在今后的研究需要从更长的时间尺度评估。 Our aim was to study the remediation effect of Elymus tangutorum Hand-Mzza.on the soil of the severely degraded grassland,also named black-soil-beach in this research.By using the method of space substituting time,we studied the soil properties in the Elymus tangutorum Hand-Mzza grassland with the different established ages.The soil physical and chemical indicators included the soil pH,bulk density(BD),soil moisture(SM),organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total potassium(TK),nitrate nitrogen(NH4-N+),ammonium nitrogen(NO3-N-),available phosphorus(AP),available potassium(AK).Further,we measured the structure of soil aggregates and we calculated the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus.The results indicated that soil pH ranged from 7.14 to 7.99.There is a trend of decreasing and then rising with the increase of establishing years.Soil bulk density(BD)decreased from 1.44 g·cm^-3 to 0.98 g·cm^-3.There were no significant differences in soil moisture(SM),soil organic carbon(SOC),soil total nitrogen(SN)among different establishing years.Total phosphorus(TP)was the highest in black-soil-beach(1.07 g·kg^-1),and decreased after the planting Elymus tangutorum Hand-Mzza.Total potassium(TK)firstly increased and then decreased with the establishing years.They were 23.61 mg·kg^-1 and 22.25 mg·kg^-1 in the 2-ages and 3-ages plots.Available nitrogen increased significantly,but there were no significant differences for available phosphorus and available potassium among different establishing years.There was decreasing trend for the soil aggregate index(ELT).The stoichiometric characteristics of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus showed no significant difference among different establishing years.Our research indicated that it had certain improvement effect on the soil of black-soil-beach after establishing Elymus tangutorum Hand-Mzza.grass,especially in bulk density,aggregate stability,available nutrients,etc.However,in order to comprehensively and thoroughl
