摘要
针刺作为一种物理刺激疗法,必然涉及到治疗剂量的问题,针刺量学研究是确定针刺最佳治疗剂量的学问,其核心是探讨针刺治疗疾病的最佳方法和最佳针刺参数,是针刺取得疗效的关键所在。笔者查阅相关文献,拟从针刺前因素、针刺时因素、针刺后因素全面阐释针刺量学研究在卒中后抑郁中的运用,并就目前的主流观点作一些探讨。
Acupuncture therapy involves to the dosage of treatment as a physical stimulation inevitably,and the study of acupuncture quantity is the knowledge of determining the best treatment dose of acupuncture.The core of acupuncture quantitative study is to explore the best method and parameters of acupuncture in treating diseases,and it is the key to achieve the effect of acupuncture.The author consulted the relevant literature,and this paper aimed to explain the application of acupuncture quantitative study in post-stroke depression from the aspects of pre-acupuncture factors,acupuncture-time factors and postacupuncture factors,and some discussions were made on the current mainstream point of view.
