摘要
CD4+T细胞是HIV感染的主要靶细胞。HIV感染导致CD4+T细胞数量减少和免疫功能缺陷是艾滋病的主要发病机制。文章从病毒学和免疫学角度出发,阐述分析HIV感染导致CD4+T细胞损耗的各种机制,指出中医药治疗HIV/AIDS可能通过多靶点、多环节影响免疫功能,涉及CD4+T细胞分化、成熟、应答、凋亡的各个环节,为探索其作用机制提供研究思路。
CD4+T cells are the main target cells of HIV infection.HIV infection leads to the decrease of CD4+T cells and the deficiency of immune function,which is the main pathogenesis of AIDS.From the perspective of virology and immunology,this paper expounds and analyzes various mechanisms of CD4+T cell depletion caused by HIV infection,and points out that TCM treatment of HIV/AIDS may affect immune function through multiple targets and multiple links,involving various links of CD4+T cell differentiation,maturation,response and apoptosis,providing research ideas for exploring its mechanism of action.
