摘要
特发性肺纤维化是一个严重危害人类健康的疾病,文章通过论述络病理论及肺脑之间的相关性,应用"通补络脉法"的治疗原则对特发性肺纤维化进行探究,并阐述肺脑同治理论在特发性肺纤维化的治疗中应用的可行性与临床意义。同时对现代医学中以神经-内分泌-免疫网络系统治疗特发性肺纤维化进行论述。将络病理论与现代医学结合,为今后从络病理论探讨肺脑同治治疗特发性肺纤维化提供新思路。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a serious disease that endangers human health.The article discusses the collateral disease theory and the correlation between lung and brain,according to the theory of combined treatment of lung and brain according to collateral disease of Chinese medicine,applying the principle of ‘through and supplement the collaterals’ in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,the feasibility and clinical significance of the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis by the theory of combined treatment of lung and brain.At the same time,to discuss the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with neuroendocrine immune (NEI) network system in modern medicine.Combining collateral disease theory with modern medicine,it provides a new idea for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with lung and brain in the future.
