摘要
目的探讨纳米海绵足趾分离垫在趾间糜烂型足癣创口中应用的效果,为临床提供一种新的足趾趾缝分离与换药方法。方法采用随机对照试验方法,对2016年5月至2018年5月本院皮肤科收治的64例趾间糜烂型足癣合并下肢丹毒患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各32例,对照组患者在常规治疗及创口处理后采用棉球分离足趾趾间黏连皮肤,试验组患者在常规治疗及创口处理后采用自制纳米海绵足趾分离垫分离足趾趾间黏连皮肤。1个疗程后比较两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后舒适度得分,治疗期间趾间皮肤黏连发生总次数、换药总次数、每次换药时间及换药总费用情况。结果试验组患者治疗效果、舒适度均明显优于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者治疗期间趾间皮肤黏连发生总次数、换药总次数、每次换药时间均少于或短于对照组,但换药总费用略高于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义。结论应用自制纳米海绵足趾分离垫分离趾间糜烂皮肤,可以有效减少趾间糜烂型足癣创口趾间皮肤黏连,促进趾间糜烂皮肤愈合,提高患者的舒适度,同时也减少了护士的工作量。
Objective To explore the effect of nano-sponge toe separation pad on the wound of interdigital tinea pedis, and to provide a new method for the separation and dressing change of skin adhesion between the toes. Methods A randomized controlled trial was used to 64 patients with interdigital tinea pedis and erysipelas in the lower extremity who were admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018. The randomized numerical table method was used to divide them into the control group and the trial group, 32 cases in each group. The control group used cotton ball to separate the adhesive skin between the toes after routine treatment and wound treatment,while the trial group used self-made nanosponge toe separation pad to separate the adhesive skin between toes. After one course of treatment, the treatment effect, comfort score before and after treatment, total times of skin adhesion between toes, total times of dressing change, dressing change time and total expenses of dressing change was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the results and comfort scores of the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant. The healing rate and the comfort scores of the trial group were better than those of the control group( P <0.001). The total times of skin adhesion between toes, the times of dressing change and the time of dressing change were less than or shorter than those of the control group, but the total cost of dressing change was slightly higher than that of the control group(P <0.001). Conclusion The application of nano-sponge toe separation pad can effectively reduce the skin adhesion between the toes of patients with interdigital tinea pedis, promote the healing of intertoe erosive skin, improve the comfort of patients, and reduce the workload of nurses.
