摘要
NB-IoT技术具有广覆盖、大连接、低功耗、低成本等特点,能够同时满足室内和室外定位需求,且具有随遇接入和安全架构等方面的优势,更适用于现代仓储管理。提出了一种基于NB-IoT的仓储管理系统,给出了该系统的总体架构及功能和组成,描述了该系统的信息感知过程和以出库为代表的业务流程,并利用HTCPN方法进行建模仿真;新方案在网络状态不好、检验时出现信息不一致等情况下均具有比较明显的任务完成时间优势,有效提升了仓储管理效率。
NB-IoT is characterized by wide coverage,massive connection,low power,low cost,etc.Besides,it can be used in both indoor and outdoor localization applications,and have advantages in terms of random access and security infrastructure.This means it is more applicable for modern warehouse management.In this paper,a NB-IoT based Warehouse Management System(NB-Based WMS)is proposed.Firstly,the infrastructure and each layer's function of NB-Based WMS are described.Secondly,its information perception process,and operation flow represented by deliver are described.Finally,HTCPN is used to model its information perception process and operation flow.The new scheme has shorter task completion time in the situation of poor network state,inconsistent check information etc,which effectively improves the efficiency of warehouse management.
