摘要
硫磺回收装置制硫炉作为装置生产的关键设备,其安全运行对装置平稳生产至关重要,同时硫磺回收率增加也会使装置产生更大的经济效益。制硫炉燃烧器传统上由人工手动点火,操作人员如果未严格按照操作规程执行,很容易引起安全事故的发生。随着仪表自动化控制技术的提高,目前硫磺制硫炉使用具有三重冗余控制器的BMS燃烧管理系统,可以实现燃烧器自动安全点火和紧急安全停炉功能,对炉膛火焰实现实时监测,避免因人为操作不当引发的爆炸事故的发生。BMS燃烧管理系统以三重化控制器为硬件核心,从硬件本质安全为出发点,确保硫磺回收制硫炉可控稳定运行,解决因控制器失效引起的设备不安全运行问题。阐述了Tricon控制器三重模件在制硫炉燃烧管理系统上的应用,探讨了制硫炉燃烧管理系统BMS的组成,制硫炉燃烧顺序控制和制硫炉安全联锁设计。三重冗余控制器具有内部表决功能,降低了因控制器内部硬件故障造成系统误动的现象。
Sulfur furnace is the key equipment of sulfur recovery unit,its safe operation is very important for the stable production of the unit,and higher sulfur recovery rate will produce greater economic benefits.Traditionally,the burner of sulfur furnace is ignited manually.If the operator does not strictly follow the operation procedures,it is easy to cause safety accidents.With the upgrading of instrument automatic control technology,sulfur furnace is now equipped with BMS combustion management system based on triple redundant controller,which can realize the automatic ignition of burner and the emergency safe shutdown of furnace,perform real-time monitoring of furnace flame,and avoid explosion accidents caused by improper human operation.The system uses triple controller as the core hardware to solve the problem of unsafe operation of e-quipment caused by controller failure and ensure the controllable and stable operation of sulfur furnace with the intrinsic safety of hardware as the starting point.This paper introduces the application of the triple module of TRICON controller in the combustion management system of sulfur furnace,and discusses the composition of the BMS combustion management system of sulfur furnace,the combustion sequence control of sulfur furnace and the safety interlock design of sulfur furnace.The triple redundant controller has the function of internal voting,which reduces the system malfunction caused by the internal hardware failure of controller.
