水平井产气剖面测试工艺适应性分析及在大牛地气田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 与直井相比,由于重力作用气水分离,井筒剖面流动状态和流动剖面极为复杂,以国内外技术调研为手段,结合目前大牛地气田压裂水平井的工况:水平井水平段长度主要为1000~1400m,平均水平段长约1000m,通过分析前期2口水平井产气剖面测试过程,形成了大牛地气田水平井产气剖面测试工艺,传输工具为1.75in(1in=0.025m)及以上尺寸的连续油管;测试仪器采用常规多参数测井仪+阵列仪器或者是分布式光纤,测试前需进行连续油管负压冲砂,在保护气井产能的前提下,保证测试仪器在水平段无障碍测试。实施表明,该产气剖面测试工艺在大牛地气田是可行的,通过分析产出特征与测录井参数及工程参数的关系,明确了水平井各段产出与含气性相关,声波时差较高、电阻率较高的交叉区域产气量较高,除工程因素导致外,各段均有产量贡献,产出高的部位含气饱和度高,表明目前段间距80~120m较为合理,射孔位置应选取含气性好、物性好的部位。 Flow state and flow profile of wellbore section is much complex in the horizontal wells because of gas water separation by gravity compared with that in the vertical wells.The horizontal section length of the horizontal wells is 1000-1400 meters mainly with 1000 meters of average value in Daniudi Gas Field at present.Testing process of gas production profile of two horizontal wells is analyzed at early stage.By means of technology research at home and abroad,the testing technology of the gas production profile in the horizontal wells of Daniudi Gas Field is formed combined with the working conditions of fractured horizontal wells in Daniudi Gas Field.And transmission tool is selected as coiled tubing with the size of 1.75 in or more(1 in=0.025 m).Conventional multi-parameter logging instrument and array instrument or distributed optical fiber are applied to test.Before the test,sand washing of coiled tubing at negative pressure is required to ensure the barrier-free test of the test instrument at horizontal sections under the condition of stable gas well productivity.Implementation shows that the testing technology of gas production profile is applicable in Daniudi Gas Field.After the analysis of relation between output characteristics and the logging parameters or engineer-ing parameters,it is clear that the output is related to gas-bearing properties at each horizontal well section.The area with high acoustic time and high resistivity has higher gas production rate.In addition to the engi-neering factors,each section has contribution to the production,and the position with high production has high gas saturation.It indicates that the rational section spacing is 80-120 m,and the positions with high gas-bearing properties and good physical properties should be perforated.
