摘要
生态文明已成为中国与世界各国共同选择的可持续发展的一种新型文明形态。进入新时代,中国将在全球担当起更大的生态治理责任。中国一项项伟大工程及“美丽中国”的建设都依赖于负责任的环境工程师发挥重要职责。环境工程师在承担生态伦理责任方面既体现了责任的主体性,又由于自身专业化程度及角色权力限制等原因,存在着能力的有限性,从德性论、契约论、义务论、功利论等不同的伦理立场对中国环境工程师提出了严格的生态伦理规范。中国环境工程师应将“公众的安全、健康、福祉置于首位”,做尽职尽责的环保人。
Ecological civilization has become a new form of civilization that China and other countries have jointly chosen for sustainable development.In the new era,China will assume greater responsibility for ecological governance in the world.The construction of many great projects in China and a beautiful China relies on responsible environmental engineers to play an important role.Environmental engineers not only embody the subjectivity of responsibility in taking responsibility for ecological ethics,but also have limited ability because of their specialization and role power limitation.In order to speed up the construction of ecological civilization,Chinese environmental engineers should respect nature,fear nature,establish the concept of harmonious development between man and nature,fully participate in the design,implementation,and institutional construction of engineering practice activities,and be responsible environmental protection people.From different ethical positions such as virtue theory,contract theory,obligation theory,utilitarianism theory,etc.,strict ecological ethical norms have been proposed for Chinese environmental engineers.Chinese environmental engineers should put the safety,health,and well-being of the public first,and do their due diligence environmental insurance.
