摘要
日益席卷全球的生态危机引发人们对生态系统诸多要素之间相互依存、相互制约关系的高度关注,促使人们理性地思考个人中心主义的生活理念与生态危机的内在关联。社会生产领域中人对自然的无度掠夺活动与社会消费领域的符号消费诉求密切相关。符号消费具有社会阶层的区分功能。个性化的社会身份认同诉求容易诱发标新立异的炫耀式消费,导致个人中心主义价值观陷入全面物化的境地。解决生态危机需要节制个人中心主义诉求,合理引导物质产品的消费欲望,在尊重自然的基础上实现人与人之间的相互认同,培育相互承认、彼此诉求的生态价值观,为人不断超越自身局限的自由发展创造公平、宽容的社会环境。
The ecological crisis sweeping the world increasingly causes people to pay close attention to the interdependence and mutual restriction of many elements of the ecosystem,and urges people to think rationally about the internal relationship between the life concept of individualism and the ecological crisis.People’s unlimited plunder of nature in the field of social production is closely related to the symbolic consumption demand in the field of social consumption.Symbolic consumption has the function of distinguishing between social classes.The demand of personalized social identity can easily lead to the unconventional conspicuous consumption,which leads to the overall materialization of the values of individualism.To solve the ecological crisis,we need to control the demands of individualism,reasonably guide the consumption desire of material products,realize the mutual recognition between people on the basis of respecting nature,and cultivate ecological values that recognize each other’s demands,create a fair and tolerant social environment for the free development of people who constantly transcend their own limitations.
