摘要
目的探讨系统护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者术后肠胃功能恢复的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2019年6月我院收治的98例腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予系统护理模式。比较两组患者术后肠胃功能恢复情况、术后疼痛程度、护理前、后的负性情绪及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的肠鸣音出现时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组,术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为8.16%,明显低于对照组的30.61%(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预不仅能有效缩短腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者术后肠鸣音出现时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间,而且能明显降低术后并发症发生率和疼痛程度,改善负性情绪,大大促进了患者术后肠胃功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods From July 2017 to June 2019,98 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while the observation group was given systematic nursing mode.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,the degree of postoperative pain,the negative emotions before and after nursing and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The occurrence time of bowel sounds,the first time of anal exhaust and the first time of defecation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.16%,which was significantly lower than 30.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can not only effectively shorten the occurrence time of postoperative bowel sounds,the first time of anal exhaust,the first time of defecation in patients with laparoscopic appendectomy,but also significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the degree of pain,improve negative emotions of patients,greatly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
