摘要
江西省峡江水利枢纽工程规模大、建设项目多,工程档案管理复杂,开展信息化管理意义重大。峡江水利枢纽工程档案经过数字化加工,建立了可自定义功能模块,具有模拟库房、自动生成档案分类目录等工程特色的档案信息化管理系统,实现了工程档案信息化管理,提高了档案管理与利用的效率,可为类似工程项目档案管理提供借鉴。
Xiajiang water control project in Jiangxi Province has the characteristics of large scale,many construction projects and complex project file management,so it is of great significance to carry out information management.Xiajiang water control project files undergo digital processing,a customizable functional module is established with simulation warehouse,automatic generation of file classification catalogue and other project characteristic file information management system,thereby realizing project file information management,improving the file management and utilization efficiency,and providing reference for similar project file management.
