摘要
某玉米制燃料乙醇生产废水中主要含有糖类、有机酸、蛋白质、溶解性纤维素和木质素等,设计采用高效厌氧-A2O-二沉-混凝沉淀的组合工艺进行处理,介绍了该工艺流程设计、设计特点、设计参数和运行情况。工程运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定,出水水质能够满足GB 27631—2011《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》表2的间接排放浓度限值。
Wastewater from corn to fuel ethanol production contains carbohydrate,organic acid,protein,soluble cellulose and lignin.Using combined process of efficient anaerobic reactor-A2O-secondary sedimentation-coagulation sedimentation to treat the said kind of wastewater,the flow,characteristics and parameters of the design as well as the operation condition were introduced.The operation condition of the project showed that:the said treatment system ran stably,the effluent water quality met the requirement of indirect discharge emission concentration limiting value of tab.2 in GB 247631—2011 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry.
