摘要
荞麦作为湖南省特色旱粮,具有食用、饲用、药用多种用途。发展荞麦产业,对促进湖南省经济增长具有重要作用。该文阐述了湖南省荞麦产业的现状及发展优势,对品种、种植方式、产值、科研投入等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了加快新品种选育、加大科研投入力度、加强金荞麦的推广开发力度、加强一二三产业的有效融合等具体措施。
Buckwheat,as one of the characteristic dry crops in Hunan,is used for food,feed and medicine.Developing buckwheat industry plays an important role in promoting the economic growth in Hunan Province.In this study,the development advantages and current situations of buckwheat industry in Hunan Province were discussed,and the existing problems such as varieties,planting methods,output value and scientific research investment,were analyzed.And some countermeasures were proposed,such as speeding up the breeding of new varieties,increasing scientific research investment,strengthening the promotion and development of Fagopyrum cymosum(Trev.)Meisn,and strengthening the effective integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries and so on.
