摘要
目的观察老年突发性耳聋患者采用前列地尔治疗对其血清学及血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2017年10月-2019年9月湖南医药学院第一附属医院收治的老年突发性耳聋患者86例,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采取常规疗法,观察组在对照组此基础上给予前列地尔治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率,治疗前后血液流变学指标(包括血浆黏度、高切黏度、血小板聚集率、血细胞比容)、血清学指标[包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血管细胞黏附分子(s VCAM)-1]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.05%,高于对照组的67.44%(P<0.05);治疗后,2组血浆黏度、高切黏度、血小板聚集率、血细胞比容较治疗前均降低,且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组Hcy、s VCAM-1水平较治疗前均降低,SOD水平较治疗前升高,且观察组上述指标降低/升高幅度优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论老年突发性耳聋患者采用前列地尔治疗可提高临床疗效,改善患者血清学以及血液流变学指标。
Objective To observe the effects of alprostadil treatment on serological and hemorheological parameters in elderly patients with sudden deafness.Methods From October 2017 to September 2019,86 elderly deafness patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Medicine were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy,and the observation group was given alprostadil on the basis of the control group.Compare the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups.Hemorheological parameters(including plasma viscosity,high-cut viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,hematocrit),serological indicators[including superoxide dismutase(SOD),homocysteine(Hcy),vascular cell adhesion molecule(s VCAM)-1].Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 86.05%,which was higher than67.44%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,high-cut viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,and hematocrit were lower in both groups than before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy and s VCAM-1 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of SOD were higher than before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group decreased and the extent of increase was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of alprostadil in elderly patients with sudden deafness can improve clinical efficacy and improve patient serology and hemorheology.
