摘要
为了提高焦化厂酚氰废水处理效率,围绕酚氰废水的生化处理操作,首先探讨酚氰废水来源,了解其主要是从物料带入水与化合生成水、蒸氨过程带入水中形成,其次分析酚氰废水的处理工艺,并且提出增设斜孔塔盘与可提升式曝气器这两点优化措施,提高酚氰废水的生化处理效率,并且为焦化厂生产环节与废水处理工艺的优化奠定基础。
In order to improve the treatment efficiency of phenol-cyanide wastewater from coking plant, this paper focuses on the biochemical treatment operation of phenol-cyanide wastewater. Firstly, the source of phenol-cyanide wastewater is discussed, and it is suggested that it is mainly formed from the process of water and ammonia steaming. Secondly, the treatment process of phenol-cyanide wastewater is analyzed, and two optimization measures of adding inclined hole tray and lifting aerator are proposed to improve the biochemical treatment efficiency of phenol-cyanide wastewater, so as to lay the foundation for the optimization of production link and wastewater treatment process of coking plant.
