摘要 载脂蛋白C3(apolipoprotein-C,ApoC)是一种水溶性的低分子蛋白,主要在肝脏中合成,是高密度脂蛋白的次要组成部分。许多研究表明,ApoC是糖脂代谢的重要调节因子,可诱导胰岛素抵抗,与2型糖尿病、多囊卵巢综合征等胰岛素抵抗相关疾病的发生发展有密切关系,是治疗胰岛素抵抗的重要靶点之一。 Apolipoprotein C3 is a water-soluble and low-molecular protein that is mainly synthesized in the liver and small intestine and is a secondary component of high-density lipoprotein.Many studies have shown that apolipoprotein C3 is an important regulator of glycolipid metabolism which can induce insulin resistance.It is closely related to the development of insulin-resistance-related diseases,such as type 2 diabetes and polycystic ovary syndrome,and is one of the important targets for the treatment of insulin resistance.
