摘要
综述了煤质特征、现场施工及排采过程对煤粉产出的影响以及煤粉在裂缝、井筒内的运移规律,并按照煤粉的生成、进入地层、在地层中运移、进入井筒、在井筒中运移的步骤思路,总结了各个步骤中现在广泛应用或处于构想阶段的煤粉运移防治措施。提出了建立大型可视化多裂缝装置,从宏观整体以及微观局部观察煤粉在其中的运移规律,并增加稳定的加环压装置,量化每次实验的夹持压力等研究方向。以期能对煤粉运移规律进行更为深入的研究,解决煤层气开采过程中的重大问题。
This paper summarizes the influence of coal quality characteristics,site construction and drainage process on pulverized coal output and the regularity of pulverized coal migration in cracks and wellbore,and summarizes the prevention and control measures of pulverized coal migration which are widely used or in the conceptual stage in each step according to the steps of pulverized coal generation,formation,stratum,wellbore and wellbore migration.A large-scale visualized multi-crack device is proposed to observe the movement of pulverized coal in it from MACRO-WHOLE and micro-part,and to increase a stable ring-pressing device to quantify the clamping pressure of each experiment.It is hoped that the law of pulverized coal migration can be further studied to solve the major problems in the process of CBM exploitation.
