摘要
盐蚀环境使沥青路面性能劣化严重。采用马歇尔试件劈裂强度表征NaCl溶液浸泡与干湿循环作用下沥青混合料宏观力学性能;基于红外光谱(FTIR)、CT扫描图像探究氯盐对沥青性能损伤机理。从细观层次提出采用CT图像灰度变化方差值来定量评价沥青混合料盐蚀损伤程度。结果表明,干湿循环作用是导致沥青混合料性能劣化的显著因素;沥青混合料氯盐侵蚀损伤以物理作用为主;CT图像灰度变化方差值与沥青混合料力学强度呈极强负相关性,为研究盐蚀环境下沥青混合料性能损伤演化及耐久性预估提供新思路。
The salt erosion environment deteriorates the performance of the asphalt pavement.The macroscopic mechanical properties of asphalt mixture under the immersion and dry-wet cycle of NaCl solution were characterized by Marshall specimen splitting strength.Based on infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis and CT scanning images,the performance of chlorine salt on asphalt performance was investigated.From the meso level,the variance of the gray scale change of CT image is used to quantitatively evaluate the degree of salt damage of asphalt mixture.The results show that the dry-wet cycle is a significant factor leading to the degradation of asphalt mixture performance.The chloride salt erosion damage of asphalt mixture is mainly physical effect.The variance of the gray value of CT image is highly negatively correlated with the mechanical strength of asphalt mixture.The research results can provide a new way to investigate the damage evolution and durability prediction of asphalt mixture exposed to salt erosion environment.
