摘要
在“百万扩招”的背景下,高职院校既要确保教育资源不稀释,又要体现应用为根本的职业属性,优化兼职教师队伍成为破解难题的关键一环。文章尝试从高职院校兼职教师来源、现状出发,分析兼职教师队伍及管理中存在问题,在聘任、培训、考核、专兼职教师团队协作、校企合作需求联动等方面提出优化策略。
Under the background of“Millions of Enrolment”,higher vocational colleges should guarantee no dilution of education resources and also reflect the professional attributes with application as foundation.To optimize the part-time teachers has become a key link of solution to hard problems.This paper attempts to,starting from the source and current situation of part-time teachers of higher vocational colleges,analyze the problems existing in part-time teachers team and management,and presents optimization strategy in recruitment,training,assessment,coordination of full-time and part-time teachers,and school-enterprise coordination needslinkage.
