公铁两用连续(刚构)桥“群”挂篮设计与施工管控 被引量:2

摘要 针对平潭海峡公铁两用大桥连续(刚构)梁共计13联一次性投入79对挂篮组成挂篮"群"交叉干扰施工以及大风影响的难题,对挂篮结构进行对比分析确定选型,并对挂篮结构进行适应性、高标准抗风设计,施工过程中采用BIM技术、工序作业条件界定、现场适时作业管控、专业化作业以及抗台风措施确保公铁两用大桥在大风条件及交叉干扰下施工安全、质量;最后对挂篮施工提出增加导流板、挂篮后锚采用预留孔装置的建议,为后期类似施工条件桥梁建设提供借鉴。 In this paper,the structure of the hanging basket is compared and analyzed for determining the selection,and its adaptability and high standard wind resistance design are made,for the purpose of solving the problems that a total of 13 continuous(rigid frame)beams of Pingtan Strait bi-purposed bridge are put into 79 pairs of hanging baskets at one time to form the"group"causing cross interference construction as well as the influence of strong wind.In the construction process,some measures are taken to ensure the construction safety and quality of bi-purposed bridge under strong wind and cross interference,including BIM technology,process operating conditions,on-site timely operation control,professional operation and withstanding typhoon.At last,the suggestions of adding diversion plate and reserving hole device for hanging basket rear anchor are put forward for the construction,which could be served as reference for bridge construction under similar construction conditions in the future.
