摘要
通过调研分析增量配电业务进展情况,总结了增量配电业务存在的主要问题,对潜在参与方在人才、资金、技术、客户粘性、抗风险能力、业务可拓展性及话语权等7个方面进行了雷达图优劣势对比分析,为参与增量配电业务优选的投资主体决策提供参考。根据研究,建议各潜在投资主体采取合理模式开展增量配电业务,相关政府部门加强政策与体制机制方面的保障。
By investigating and analyzing the progress of incremental distribution business,the paper summarizes the main problems existing in incremental distribution business,and makes a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of potential participants by using radar chart in seven aspects talent,capital,technology,customer stickiness,anti-risk ability,business extensibility and discourse power,which can provide reference for the decision-making of investment subjects participating in the optimum selection of incremental distribution business.On the basis of the research,it is suggested that each potential investment entity should adopt a reasonable mode to carry out the incremental distribution business,and the relevant government departments should strengthen the safeguards of policy and regime mechanism.
